SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard mainland shipping is £3.65 on orders under £45.00 and shipped within 24 hours, during working hours. Your item(s) will be usually delivered within 2-5 business days subject to the courier delaying the Delivery
Next day Shipping is not available
Our Same-Day / next day Local Shipping is £0.00 on all orders over £25. local is classed as 5m radius from b26 1NS
Click and collect from the store is free, please wait for your collection email before arriving.
Local same day shipping only applies to a 5 mile radius from B26 1NS .

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once your item(s) have left our warehouse.
As a customer, you are responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are not returned to us.

STANDARD RETURNS

Only full-priced products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days after purchase. Items on sale are non-refundable.

The item must be in its original packaging and unopened.

All return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please maintain proof of postage as we are not responsible for any missing packages.

Next-Day - Delivered within 1 working day
After placing your order and it is dispatched we will email you and will include a direct tracking link for your parcel.
All our couriers have their own websites and customer service, in the unlikely event, you wish to contact them directly. They also have a smart device for added ease.
SAME-DAY LOCAL SHIPPING

We will endeavour to deliver on the same day to properties within a 3 mile radius from B26 1NS .
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A full refund will be offered for any reason up to 14 days from when you receive the goods, to qualify for the refund the goods must be returned at your own expense and must be in a saleable condition, not opened or packaging damaged when it arrived back to our warehouse, the original shipping fee if any will not be refunded.
We are sorry we cannot by law accept returns of any medication including all flea and tick treatments and wormers. And therefore no refund can be given.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

Should the goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately and send a photograph. We will offer you a replacement or refund as you wish.
